Dr. Reagan is the current head of the Black Tau division of Omnicorp, a division concerned with the bleeding edge in biotech. He is directly responsible for a number of the latest advances, particularly those that seem to be coming out of nowhere. Among the more spectacular of his designs are the Gamma Dog, Boost Gland, and Metavampire Virus. His goals are currently unknown and they at times radically differ from the goals of Omnicorp itself. Those with history knowledge have a chance to recall that not only does the doctor's name belong to an ex United States president, the face and voice also belong. Further, all of Reagan's background and personal history are false. So far the truth remains unknown. Despite the mystery, many runners find their way into Reagan's care, often as the recipients of new experimental bioware or procedures. Reagan has a small cult following on the streets, where it's known that he at times implants free biotech in order to study it's effects. Reagan himself never leaves his underground lab complex. Those who are with him for any leagth of time will notice several disturbing qualities: He seems to have no understanding of some of the subtile nuances of outside life; While outwardly friendly, he is devious and manipulative, often planning for years down the road at even the first encounter; he is also an incurable tv junky, which appears to be his sole model for outside interaction.
