Prices and Rates

All rates are $40/hour. This includes graphic design, HTML, scripting, repair work, and so forth. In the case of a task that takes a long time due to computer limitations, only the time we spend at the keyboard itself is counted. Thus while the computer may chew its way through a task in 9 hours, if we are only present for half an hour of it, that is all you will be charged for.

Short consultations via email or telephone are always free, but please do not abuse this.

As a general rule, we no longer do on site work. Exceptions are made for old clients, as well as the occasional new client. To be eligible for an on site visit, you must be in or very near to Perry County, Indiana. In cases where we do make the exception, there is still a $10 on site fee to cover travel time and expenses.

Payment can be made by cash or check, and in very rare cases credit card by arrangement. There is an additional $20 service fee for bounced checks.

Unless arranged ahead of time, late payments will be charged an additional 20% per two weeks tardy. Failure to pay all together will get annoyed frowns and potential embarrassment.
